New York

I went to New York during the Civic Holiday long weekend with 4 of my closest friends and our significant others. I didn't realize we hadvnever been on a trip together after 15 long years of friendship! Geez... Although, I had been to New York when I was a child but my memory of this city was quite a blur. We travelled by Megabus for 14 hours long, which regretfully wasted most of our first day in New York. It was like I left my bum on the bus after we got off. It was so numb that I could barely feel a thing. On the bright side, we rented a pretty awesome penthouse apartment through airbnb.com on Queens. It was only a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station, which minimized our travelling time each day.

Our trip mainly focused on food, shopping, some sightseeing and more food.
