{My Diet Journey} Healthy Omelette

I love omelettes, they are fulfilling, but it all depends on what you put inside the omelettes. I like to put onions (I add onions in everything), fat-free turkey meat and non-fat cheddar cheese. Add some pepper and voila!

Eggs
Onions
Turkey thigh slices
Cheddar Cheese
